Wood Decking info! I am giving 4 stars at this time, as I don't really know how well the epoxy paint holds up. I've only had it on the deck for a week, but it does look nice and is non slip as advertised. The instructions are a little different when applying the primer and paint on an exterior wood deck. The primer dries, much, quicker than instructed, so be ready to paint within 10 to 15 minutes, maybe less, depending on your weather conditions. And it has to be done in sections if you have a large deck, like myself. So, this makes it harder to not overlap sections that are already painted, you have to leave a dry section of primer to lap into the newly painted area, plus you can only go as far as your paint roller will reach. Also all edging needs to be done first with a brush, to get it done so the roller can be used to finish the main deck. I figure the steps all have to be done with a brush, not sure how you get the corners and edges any other way. Stirring the primer is a real chore, mine had a section inside the bottom of the can that was thick paste and I couldn't stir it without spilling primer everywhere. I have a drill bit stir paddle. It needs to be taken to a store and shaken, not even sure this will loosen the thick paste at the bottom. But it seems to work otherwise. Good luck to all!

Searched high and low for a product like Slip Doctor offered and was excited to use the product on an custom set of stair treads finished in polyurethane that were too slippery. Ordered two cans from Texas to arrive in Canada and they arrived in short time, one of the cans was defective and the supplier replaced it without any issues. Can't wait to see how the product stands up to grandkids......

I think square footage claims are optimal at best. I needed 3 gallons to completely cover a 7 X 16 enclosed trailer, including the ramp door. I ended up using drywall trowels to spread the material and followed it up with the roller to give it texture. This was partially the result of the material setting up faster than expected- directions claim 30-60 minutes, which is a broad time frame, but my experience was that within 30 minutes maximum the material would not spread with just the roller. I would also keep an extra textured roller on hand because the material also set up in the roller and made it less effective as time went on. I’m skeptical my issues could have been avoided if the ambient temperature were higher when I applied it. It was in the mid 50’s dry and sunny. I did not see in the directions any guidelines for a minimum ambient temperature for application only for a minimum surface temperature. The finished product seems great and something that will hold up. One last comment is that the extreme grip is exactly what it claims- very aggressive. If I had it to do over I would have gone with regular product to get a smoother service.

Worked well for outside ceramic tile porch. 5 stars for quality, 4 stars for price of product.
