Daniel sent me data that failed the test for the standard material. There were issues with the warped standard test substance which really should be a tile not some warped piece of junk. I understand that was what Regan scientific supplied but Regan should get their act together. The CEO of the company was very helpful and understanding and tried his best to help. I think the real problem rests with TCA for approving and adopting such a poor piece of equipment from Regan.

Thanks John. I really enjoyed talking with you about slip testing needs. Sorry we ran into some complications regarding the equipment and accessories. I do agree with you and wish the supplier can give us more acceptable reference surfaces. I look forward to future business and working together for years to come. Hopefully one day we can meet.
