I'm pretty disappointed with my $45 can of Extra Fine Clear Spray from Slip Doctors. I followed all instructions regarding shaking the can before using it, but the spray nozzle clogged within seconds of first use. Based on how many floor tiles I managed to cover, this has cost me about $10 per tile. The Nozzle is obviously not designed for this product. Not worth the money and the company failed to respond to my email requesting a refund. Thanks, Spray Doctors! You taught me a valuable lesson. Actually, I'm being sarcastic. I learned nothing and would like my $45 back. Your product is a con. Slippin Jimmy would be proud of y'all.

****WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER**** DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT*** Do not bother yourself buying this crap product, 1st they treat you as a child, no respectat all, no answer what you ask but what they want to say avoiding the right answer. If they would selling paint and then you claim the color is not the same as shown on pictures, they would tell you this: “it is very odd that color is not as shown on pictures” I am being sarcastic whith this, since everyone knows paints color never turns out exactly as advertised, you follow me? Customer service is a joke, not professional at all, looks like nor even them know what they are talking about, and will keep asking you the same one and once more time until you got sick of their stupidity and desist. *******DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY******

I'm a contractor. We were bidding a job, where we were asked to remove their product then reapply it. I was asking them how to remove it, and got less than satisfactory answers. They were basically of no help. Remember guys this is a coating. Eventually it will wear out. Eventually you will want to remove and reapply it. Unless you wait until it gets completely worn out on its own. They should sell a product optimized for removal or at least provide good instrucitons.

This is a terrible product. Beware customers. I applied the paint to a new deck. The paint has not adhered and one week later is still wet. Worse the paint has completely come off in large areas. Customer service is non existent. I’m told that they won’t honor their two year warranty and that the only refund for unused cans. Since I could have asked for damages, and was asking for a refund only so I can purchase a different product, their response is beyond strange for a reputable business. Do not purchase.

We placed our order a week ago and haven’t heard anything. Product might be great. But may never know.

Out of stock item was listed on their site with no indication that it was out of stock. I had to request a refund rather than be placed on a waiting list especially since there was no indication of when it would be in stock.
