These pillowcases are completely useless. I have gotten 8 pieces and all of them have ripped. The quality is terrible even if I have washed them in according to the instructions. DO not buy.

Bought 4 slip pillow cases now all of them have split where the zip attaches. Definitely work my hair has been amazing and feel amazing but quality of of seams is not good. I have normal size pillows have washed at 30 no tumble dry and they have still split

I love the quality of the silk slip products. Have a few different Ireland and they are generally good. The silk bonnet is a terrible design. It doesn’t sit right. It’s incredibly uncomfortable and tight around the ears. I’ve tried under the ears, on the ears and above the ears. The only comfortable position is above the ears but in that position it either falls off or makes a mess of your hair line. Love the silk but the design its self is terrible, especially for the price.

I have always been impressed with the quality of their silk pillow cases. I was very impressed by Slip staff’s response to the wrong item being supplied on my last order and they were professional and focused on customer satisfaction. They were super quick to respond to my email and sort things out for me. I would recommend this company to others.

Cannot fault the customer service, especially Georgia who is a credit to the company. Beautiful quality product.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for 30 days because I have over $150 to withdrawal (which they also held from being transferred for 30 DAYS before this ) but need support since I had to get a new number, they will not even respond to my emails and don’t offer live support.

Awful customer service! I ordered two weeks ago they took payment but have not shipped anything, no response back from customer services. Do not buy directly, they have serious issues!

Everything was easy and smooth, emails saying item was on its way then delivered. Except it wasn’t delivered. At that point, everything has gone dark. I have tried all means of contacting them: called left vm, sent email, sent message through contact online. 1 week later nothing, vm, email again, no one answers any phone number listed globally. If I did not see “evidence” of actual products or reviews…I would suspect this is a very sophisticated scam. Jury is still out….
