I found some very nice Powerpoint diagramming symbols on a few of the sets on SlideModel. The signup was easy and very well explained. They offer nice short-term membership that really worked for me. Would definitely use the site again.

Hi Kevin. I am sorry to hear about this situation. The amount you reported didn't correspond to the price of our plan. This could be a confusion. We haven't received any message from you before. Can you please contact us through our Support Center privately indicating your Order ID or exact date of purchase? We'll definitely help to clarify this situation and make sure you get access to the service.

The two proposed slide I have received satisfied 100% of what I needed. The only thing I thought I would be better was timing. Since I had requested just one slide, I thought it could be sent yesterday instead of today. Just that comment I have to give you the honest feedback as requested here. If timing can be improve to deliver small requests like the one I did it would be appreciated. Best Regards, Paulo Lisboa

Love their product, but their site has been down for two days now.
