Hi, we are sorry you were unhappy with our products. As we explained over the Support Center, you complained on March 19th about a purchase you made two months before (on January 2nd). During the period between your purchase and the date you reached out to us, our records show that you have downloaded templates multiple times. While we can help you to achieve your presentation needs, as we do with all our customers, we explained the refund was not possible in this case because it is out of the refund window. However, we took immediate action to cancel your subscription to prevent further billing and you can still use the service until the expiration date. We also offered our help to find the templates you needed. While we strive to offer a comprehensive collection that suits a broad spectrum of business needs, we are sorry that our offerings did not meet your specific requirements this time. We provide a Free Templates Section (https://slidemodel.com/free-powerpoint-templates/) which is open for free users. Then we have our premium gallery, with different plans you can check on our plans page (https://slidemodel.com/account/plans) Our support team will contact you in order to revert this situation .
