I bought 2 sets of the naked wrap (both gloss and matte). On their website it states that it come with 2 back skins. I assumed that it would come with 2 back skins with side protection but when I received it I only received 1 with side protection and 1 without. I also remember that prior to purchasing the covers I had previously seen a video that clearly states that you would receive 2 wraps with side protection and there are also reviews in the comments on the website that state, they had received 2 covers with side protection. So of course after receiving the wraps I was dissatisfied and contacted customer service. I explained to them what I had received and even provided with them with the proof that both wraps should have side protection. Their customer service did not address the issue and pretty much just told me what they sent was correct... It clearly was not. I then tried to leave a review on their website so make sure other people are aware of what they are getting but the website did not publish the review! Makes me mad because that means their reviews are super biased. I’m hoping this review will help others be aware of their purchase and if someone goes wrong with your order, don’t count on customer service to resolve your problems. I am now waiting to return these skins. I’d rather bring my business elsewhere.

I ordered 2 of their products via their website on the 19th July. It's now the 14th of August and I am still waiting for the package to arrive!! * In 5 days time it will almost be an entire month since I placed the original order (not to mention it took over 2 weeks for them to ship the items) If they're overwhelmed with orders I suggest they recruit additional staff to keep up with the demand. Abysmal customer service (and lack of). Totally fed up wasting my time. They clearly don't value their customers. No longer excited about the product. Think twice!

Terrible. Shipping took a month to get and when I did finally get it, both pieces weren't cut right and as a result would not stick. Customer service would not offer a refund only add points to my account. That doesn't help me at all as the product doesn't fit. They wanted a photo which I couldn't provide as I had already removed the skin in disgust.

Been waiting for the item now for 30 days.The item hasn't been even dispatched.tryed to contact them 4 times only once they have replyied saying that they are busy and will contact me when will dispatch.awful costumer service

I ordered the product on Wednesday, I spent $8 and decided I wanted to cancel the initial order and place a larger order that included the same stuff as the $8 order. I sent them an email 30 minutes after I placed the $8 order and then I placed the more expensive. Two days later they ship both orders and didn't cancel the first. Didn't even reply to the first email. Their response when I received both orders and told them the first should have been cancelled was that I can send it back to them on my own dime and they will refund the money. After reading on their website that if you send them an email within an hour they will cancel the order; and then for them to just ignore that emai. That is terrible customer service; now I have doubles of crap I don't need and it isn't worth paying $4 to send something back to get $8 in refund. Terrible customer service. Re, Reply: I want to make this extremely clear I emailed them 30 minutes after placing the order; their policy is 1 hour. The order didn't ship for two more days! They simply neglected my email.

Did not get the skin after 3,5 months and counting, they never bothered to track my package, or reply with any instructions or comments how to get the package. Now they claim the package is lost and they are not responsible

Purchased some wraps. The package got returned to sender. Email has my address listed. Asked multiple times where the package was sent their only answer was "where you told us". Well i have the email my address is right here (although twice. for some reason their website has like double the normal number of shipping fields? no clue). So obviously not. They tried to get me to pay $6 to have it sent again. No thanks. chargeback. buh bye. Terrible website terrible customer service AVOID. *update* it looks like slickwraps is doing a blanket (this isn't a real customer claim) on all reviews. They tried it with me but i provided order numbers and receipts... even though i provided an order number UP FRONT when i initially filed the complaint. Shady company continuing to be shady. They are gaming the system reporting ALL negative reviews for anything they can to get them hidden. My advice if you have a bad review here follow through and provide your receipt so it gets added back again.
