I placed an order with Slickwraps for 5 items on November 15th. Up until last week it said my order was processing, so I emailed their support to cancel the order since they haven't shipped it. Within an hour I receive shipping information. Today I check the tracking number, and it turns out they haven't actually shipped it, as it is marked "package acceptance pending" by the USPS, meaning the post office hasn't received it yet. They only paid for shipping and marked it shipped, but haven't even shipped it. Getting close to a month now and I still have no idea if/when my order will get here.

I've been ordering from dbrand for the past 2 years but i thought i might give slickwraps a shot. Placed an order 3 weeks ago, and the status today is still 'processing', ie not dispatched. I emailed them a week ago enquiring about it, but never got a reply. It seems like they don't give a crap about customer satisfaction. dbrand may be more expensive but at least I am guarnateed quality and timely delivery.

Worst company ever! Do not BUY if you want something faster then 20 days (still counting, the package is still not arrived)! You pay for "premium" shipping then they will process your order for more then a week before sending your package! Shame! never again

For some reason this company acts like a scammer always. I've ordered from them previously but its been like 3 weeks since I placed an order and Its not even shipped yet. Upon contacting they said its being shipped now but that was again a week ago. Never ordering from this company again.

I ordered from them a month ago! And I still haven’t got my package! The worst part of it is, I paid for express shipping! Worst company ever won’t be doing business with them ever again!

I placed an order on October 18th, they shipped it on November 12th, and today is December 1st, and i STILL haven't received my order! It took them almost a month to ship it. In that time i emailed them, got no answer. I've ordered from them before and while shipping was slow, it wasn't this slow. I've ordered things from china and received them in less time than it took Slickwrap to ship my order. The product is pretty good, but service is awful. I won't be ordering from them again.

Placed an order on Oct 11th 2019. They finally shipped it a week later on Oct 17th. Tracking (USPS #UA668549199US) indicates the package was "delivered" on Nov 5th, however it never arrived... it was returned to Slickwraps in Wichita! I messaged customer service to complain as we were now nearing a month since placing the order. They replied asking to verify my address, which I did, and haven't heard back since. I should add that I've never experienced issue with my home address and shipping before. NEVER. Multiple attempts to reach them have since have been ignored. I've asked whether they were going to re-ship a few times. Then on Nov 18th decided I'd rather not deal with them and requested a refund. That request has also been ignored. This is straight up THEFT. It's now Nov 23rd and I'm left having paid for absolutely nothing 6 weeks after placing my order. Save your money and agony. Buy from a competitor. I wish I had read the comments on Reddit and Better Business Bureau BEFORE making this purchase. They've also been banned from Reddit for manipulating comments and upvotes. Slickwraps is as shady as they come. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! *Edit* This has now been resolved with a full refund. Shame I had to elevate the issue on Trustpilot and the BBB in order to get any response. Thankfully it's over.

These guys took two weeks to ship out my MacBook Pro skin and three weeks for it to finally come in. I won’t have had a issue if they responded to any of my emails or twitter messages. This company has the worst customer service I’ve have had to deal with in years. They claim they have a their backup on orders, but I ordered from dbrand last Christmas sale and they shipped it out in two days, there is no excuse for bad management. They’re known for review manipulation so I’m not surprised by their 4 star rating here. Look at all their one stars and how they’ve done nothing about it. If you’re fine with buying from Chinese sellers, 2-3 Week shipping time, generally bad cs, cheap prices, and gambling on the product, slick wrap is prefect for you.
