Two months after I placed an order still shows as processing. This is the third time I ordered from them, because of pricing is good. But for all this aggravation I’m over this company.

Where to begin order over a month ago and still waiting on package nothing but bots to respond to emails I haven't received my order but I can tell you already that this was a mistake to buy not one part of this has been a good experience so am sure the product they sell will be the same. Update Well the controller skin was delivered on Aug 16 2020 46 days I well say the skin was not bad overall I guess if you don't mind waiting 46 days then the 10$ for the skin was pretty good am not sure I would buy again though

Went to get a gift. The order was still "Processing" days after the amount of time allotted for the custom item. And no preview was show for my item, by the time i realized how poor it would look it was too late. and the customer support never responds

It came in a poor package, a simple plastic envelope and it was bent. The top and bottom sticker is perfect, but the interior sticker does not fit. The trackpad sticker is 2mm bigger than the trackpad itself, just like around the trackpad.

absoloutely awful, took over 2 months to even be dispatched and then a further few weeks to arrive, i emailed customer services about this 3 times and no responses. Finally arrived today and it had clearly been folded and there was permanent marks on the skin which made it look awful once i had applied it. There was no way of sorting out these creases and rips in the material so i will not even be able to use it. Complete waste of money and time would definitely not recommend especially as there is almost no chance of getting a refund. If you want a skin get it from dbrand who have a much better reputation and will also supply 2 skins for the same price in case you mess up or in my case receive a faulty unit

6 weeks and still no update from Slickwraps. Have emailed and submitted tickets with them but never have any answer. 100% SCAM!!!

Slickwraps used to be my go-to company for skins. I've personally worked with them in the past for some reviews, so naturally, I came back and spent my own money to buy skins for my new devices. I was quoted a 4-6 day shipping window on their website, but when that didn't happen, I sent an email to ask for an ETA. I never got a reply to the email, so I started doing some research and discovered that this is a pattern! It's now 2 weeks since I placed my order with no reply from Slickwraps, and I'm working on getting a refund from my credit card company. You've been warned. Don't order from Slickwraps if you want to get the product any time soon.

I ordered a custom skin for a Nintendo Switch on June 26. There was a 60% off sale at the time (more on that later). The website says it takes 5-10 business days to ship for custom orders and $4 shipping & handling. 2 WEEKS LATER, I contacted them and asked why my order hasn't shipped, no answer. Few more days go by, tried again. NO ANSWER. Direct message them on twitter, nothin. Check what people were saying about them on twitter, there are tons of unshipped orders since February. Yet Slickwraps has a never ending 24hr 60% off sale that resets at midnight everyday. If they can't fulfill orders, don't have a sale. I filed a complaint with BBB and FTC, DM them telling them I filed said complaints. And guess what my order shipped on a monday... usps and it's delayed, it was supposed to be here Friday. If you want something within a reasonable time. Don't use slickwraps. Not worth the hassle.
