Damaged boards

** edit according to reply we were supposed to receive an email to approve the look of the boards. We did not. We ordered thin blue line boards that came with white paint drippings all over the boards and looked horrible. Paid $300 for custom made boards only to be told “that’s how they come” then we got an email 2 days later offering “dented and scratched” boards for $120, including the thin blue line boards. I would have rather paid less for damaged boards than the $300 for the ones we got. I emailed customer service 2 weeks ago to complain and still haven’t heard back.

Kelly, after further investigating into your issue the order that you are leaving a review for is for a completely separate order under a different customers name and information. The order that you should be reviewing for is for a set of Don't Tread On Me Pro Bags and a World of Outlaws Sling Cornhole Bag Sak. This is in reference to your order number above. As for the cornhole order that you are referring to, the Police Thin Blue Line Cornhole Boards Set come with a grunge like look to the design of the boards. This design does include a look that you describe already created on the boards. There was no actual paint drips that are on the boards. Below is a link to the boards that shows this on our website. All of our boards are UV ink printed and there is no use of paint used in any step of the process. After further investigation of the order it was NOT a custom order. The order is for the stock Police Thin Blue Line Cornhole Boards and a Cornhole Carrying and Storage Case. That is what brought your total to $300. If the boards were a custom created set, we send out mockup designs of what the boards will look like for the customer to approve of before they are sent out. None of our custom boards leave our facility without a design approval from the customer. Since this was NOT a custom cornhole set you would received boards based off of the design listed online. As for the Scratch and Dent boards, they are only on the website for a limited time only because they are not in perfect condition. My honest opinion
I like the fact that it looks like part of the pool. In my case the tattoo keeps moving under water and when Cleaning the pool with the dolphin pool cleaner, it gets sucked up, has to be removed before cleaning.

We LOVE this game!
We LOVE this game and after day 3, it has become fiercely competitive. Beautiful craftsmanship and a great design. The bags are stitched very well. Great investment in our family and something fun for our guests too.

I can't seem to edit my previous review…
I can't seem to edit my previous review so I will do a new one. I ordered a carrying bag and scoreboard and was very happy with it once I got it. However, in reviewing not only my order but others I don't think you understand your problem. Despite the banner on your home page, your order process gives the impression it will ship within three days and you don't find out until you place the order that is not the case. Then you don't communicate with the customer at all until it ships. Your problem isn't execution, it is communication. If you would confirm the order when it is placed with an estimated ship date you will have a lot more happy customers even with the delay.

I payed for your guys best boards and…
I payed for your guys best boards and on top of that I payed an additional $50 for shipping it’s now been a week and a half and my boards haven’t even shipped ridiculous considering the price charged for shipping when I bought a set of your boards of Amazon for a family memeber that acatually came within 3 days
