Product is good but communication is not. Received a ship out notice immediately followed by usps notification that label was cancelled. I wrote support twice to ask for updated tracking info and received confirmation of my email (auto generated) but no one ever responded, even after several days A few days later the package showed up with a different tracking number.

The JK Pockets are a great addition to my Wrangler. They are easy to install, sturdy, functional, and the solid black color makes them look like an OEM part. I had attempted to contact Slick Rock several times with questions previous to ordering but received no reply back, hence the reason I rated the experience four stars.

Pretty happy overall. The only complaint I have is that the tabs on the front of the front pockets tend to pop out with a little pressure.

Specific information about how to install the lower dashboard part would have kept me from breaking a piece of my Jeep trim. Should be with the part, not searching for the right YouTube video fir help.

All is fine. Customer service. Delivery. Installation not hard after viewing videos and reading Slick Rock Gear instructions online. My sole disappointment is the J K Pocket “badging”. Not shown in pics online. I don’t really like it. Afraid to try to remove as it might leave a mark.

These pockets are just what my 2012 jeep wrangler needed! The old elastic/net pockets saggd so badly i had to pick them up to shut the door. And the one in the lower center dashboard covered the tray below it making it useless. About the install: i did this myself and the instructions were pretty detailed. I would have given these 5 stars, except the instructions need to be updated to be careful prying with a screwdriver removing the old dashboard net because i broke 1 of the 4 clips. I would recommend using a shorter tool. These look sharp and I am very happy!

These were a great replacement for my old saggy nets. The texture matches the interior of my ‘13 JKU perfectly, but the color is slightly off (you only notice if the sun hits it *just* right, but that’s where the fifth star went). Easy to install, but be extra careful removing the OG net on the center console. My wife is happy she has places to put her stuff and I’m happy her stuff stays in its place.

Everything went fine except the passenger side back pocket. This one was the most difficult to install, and cracked during the install process. Not sure why everything else went smoothly but this one. Is this a common issue? Any chance you all could send me a new one to try and replace the cracked one that isnt 100%?
