Place my order #13363. Item never shipped out. I got reply that there was a family emergency and item would ship out the following Monday. The following Monday came and went. I sent a couple emails and left a voice mail with the number online. Still no product or Shipping info. Calling bank to dispute charges for items that have never be shipped or received. Website is down for whatever reason.

Racing season almost here

I ordered two items and only got one. Unable to reach anyone for customer service. They don’t answer their phone and you can’t leave a message. Their contact us email form says they will return your email within 24 hours but it’s been six days now and I have not heard from anyone.

I didn't get the items yet. No emails or texts on when they'll get here either. No phone number on your site to check. So what's going on? Rob UPDATE: I got them today, looks like a fantastic product. Having ordered many items online that just never show up, I was glad to hear from the manufacturer immediately after I posted my review. Great presentation, packaging and instructions - highly recommend them.

i received the wrong item that i order.

I ordered my items and it has been two weeks and they have still not arrived. I have sent emails as it says to do for a quicker response on their voicemail. I have left voicemails as well and still have not received a call or email back. I suggest working on your customer service experience and also do not label something to be shipped “priority shipping” and give a delivery date a few days later when you cannot meet that target. Hope your product will be worth it in the end but surely will not be ordering from you in the future.

i thought that there was one for each side not just the driver's side.
