I only recently got the product (drivers door pocket) but am so far very satisfied. Delivery was prompt and the product seems very well made. It fits tightly and, while not very large, is much, much better then the Jeep factory net which is totally useless. I haven't been using this long enough to determine how well it will work over time but my first impressions are very favorable and I have high expectations.

S-L-O-W “processing of order to shipped status” this of even on an In-Stock and readily available item. USA made! Feel a little pricy yet it is stellar quality and seems to be a Very Popular replacement item with Jeep owners. Understand they changed shipping processes. I would for the most part recommend the product, as it did fit and does perform well—as the saying goes usually one gets what ond pays for… this definitely is of quality manufacturing.

I'm not sure how slow processing of an order makes us arrogant, but that aside we have reduced the number of times per week we process orders due to covid. We did have an inventory issue and some orders were delayed a couple of days because we ended up out of stock when the system showed we had stock. I apologize if your order was slow to ship. We typically ship every few days.

Good product and while not cheap, they are still probably cheaper than they would be if sold by jeep. Pockets can pop out if overstuffed with bulky or hard items, but overall look good and are fine for storing thin items like wallets, phones etc... Customer service is good, and they seem willing to work with customers to keep them satisfied.

Hi Mark, the pockets are very secure and it takes a lot of force to get them to pop off. If yours are not secure then the tabs must not be seated all the way. We take customer service very seriously so if you left a voicemail or emailed us then I would have gotten back to you. Of course it's possible an email was missed, and if that's the case then please contact us again, so we can make sure you're all set.

I love how the door pockets look!! They were super easy to install. The center pocket (in front of the shifter) sits a little funny. So the top edges of the sides don't sit 100% flush. But I am mostly likely the only one who will notice it.

Sometimes the one tab sticks a bit. Usually, if you wiggle as you push on it then it will go in. If you don't like how it looks then contact us and we can work it out.

Great addition to the JK’s for clean looking door storage. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is on the rear doors the molding kind of pops out from the door a bit with the pocket installed. Really no issues other than it irks my OCD.

The JK Pockets are well made, look great and provide a much better storage space than the stock netting. The door pockets installed with a little patience. The center pocket needed some trimming to get it to fit. Overall a very good product.

The best solution on the market. Not easy to install until you figure it out on the first one. YouTube videos promote installing them starting at the square end. After struggling awhile, I tried installing the angled end first and it worked. The next 3 went in quickly.

Easy installation and OEM style finish (black). Doesn't add much more storage space, but is more functional. Kind of pricey, but great quality.
