Hello there, We checked your order and it is still in transit and has not yet been shown as arriving. It may be delayed a lot due to the peak season. We are very sorry, but we believe it will arrive soon.

Hello there, your order was delivered and found that there was a problem with your address or the transport staff could not contact you. You need to contact the local transport department for processing. It has arrived at your location more than 10 days ago.

Cheap Product Couldn't return product for a refund. Was told I'd have to provide international shipping to return item so I should just sell the item to a friend instead. Below is their actual response: "However, considering that you will need to pay for international shipping it may be expensive to send the product back to our warehouse. We recommend that you keep the original product and resell it to other people in need. As compensation, we can offer you a 40% unconditional coupon for repurchasing other products from our website. What do you think of this suggestion?" I put the pajamas in the trash. On top of that, the sizing is clearly very off. Will never ever buy from Slessic again.

We are sorry that the product did not meet your ideal requirements. However you do need to return our products to us in order to provide you with a full refund. It is not in compliance with our refund policy to ask for a full refund without sending the product back.

Hello dears, our size measurements are accurate. Due to manual measurement, there may be an error of 1-2CM. If you have any size issues, please contact us for after-sales service.
