I like your product. I originally purchased through Target but they no longer carry. Was glad I found it on line and was able to purchase. My only complaint was with the Shop App. even to the day it was delivered it only said "waiting for information "

Trying to return items that did not match the picture resulted in the most ridiculous email exchange I’ve ever experienced. The customer service literally said it was “Malicious disparagement” that I said their product didn’t match the picture. Then they claimed they never once in the history of their business, had dissatisfied customer who had any sort of problem with the item not matching the picture. I went online and found countless complaints that matched mine exactly, so clearly these people just say whatever they want because they can. This is clearly a scam. They sell the pajamas knowing no one wants to return something themselves to China, and blame you for wanting the return, saying “you just changed your mind” even though they are sending you garbage, which you obviously do not want to keep. They furthermore continued to discourage the return, even going so far as to warn me that I better make sure the international return I have to handle completely on my own, goes smoothly and not get held up by customs or tariffs, as if I can control that. THIS IS A SCAM. Buy pajamas elsewhere and have a peaceful night’s rest.

Your website says you are able to return items. But it really doesn’t make sense if you have to pay for shipping overseas. Make sure you really really really are going to keep the item or you will be very disappointed.

Although it took longer than expected to receive my order, my new night gowns are awesome as always. They are so soft to the touch and are always high quality. I am happy to be a repeat customer.
