Will not stay in place!

Make sure that when you advertise your product the photograph you use is exactly what you are selling. You aren’t selling cpap masks but merely a piece of cloth that fits over the mask. False and misleading.

I was sceptical at first. But after a few days and realising the air leakage through the pads was not important when checking in the morning and seeing lower aponea numbers. They are certainly comfortable.

The first night I could not get the seal on my mask took of the liner and seal was fine. I thought maybe I did something wrong so I tried again left it on all night and the seal failed the machines limits and I now have a red spot on the bridge of my nose. I would like to return these for a full refund. please let me know how to proceed. Thank you Jamie Downie

Terrible product with a great design. I have used the mask liners that tape to the mask and never had a leak issue. These are so thin that unless you stay still expect a rush of air
