I bought the Bluetooth version that has to be (basically) dismantled and recharged constantly. I was a little disappointed with daily requirements for this model, and I often simply revert to the old “plug it in” model. The Bluetooth is nice for listening to audible books on my daily walk.

4 stars - because I think I was losing my hearing using earbuds! A couple of things I would improve: The headband. The closure is with Velcro, on the inside, and that makes no sense to me. If you only wash the headband once and awhile, no problem, but do you really want to wear the same headband for very long without washing it? I don't. So the speakers are encased in felt, and you have to maneuver the felt speakers past the Velcro, and more often than not they get stuck on the Velcro. Either figure out a way to put Velcro on the outside, or choose another way to fasten it. I made my own headband. Also, I'm not sure how long these are going to last. You have to be very careful plugging them into be charged - the cord doesn't seem to slide in very easily to the port, and then take the same care plugging them back in to use them. They're a little delicate. The sound quality is good, and I enjoy the freedom that wireless speakers give me to move around - I don't regret the purchase.

I use these sleep phones each night, to dampen jumping and banging of upstairs neighbors.BUT it does not block it, maybe just dampens it. NOTE: It is Impossible to set that timer; click click click OMG! Cons/issues 1) Headphones do NOT block impact noise from crummy upstairs neighbors and dogs charging and jumping and stomping on tiled and wood floors!!! 2)the headband messes my hair; 3) headband stretches out immediately after first use, (I have to keep it over my eyes) 4) it is very difficult to find the only 1 useable sound ( yes, there is just 1/one useable sound out of the 10 0r 12 recordings.) 4b) Sounds/cons continued- Another sound is bareable but the constant shhhhhsh' ing of rain eventually is too annoying and hurts my head.The constant motor or fan sounds hurt my head! The 2 men talking are a waste of space, useless. 5) It is very hard to insert the charger plug into the control thingy of the headband (I charge it every morning). 6)The transition from loudness to softness is too drastic, The many low levels are useless, inaudible! 7) Again -- it does not block banging noises and stomping of upstairs neighbors. ...--Pro--It does completely tune out/muffle dog barking, and normal sounds, Con --but not bangings or stomping! (not impact noise). 8) it is extremely DIFFICULT to find the track you use, cuz it is not numbered or otherwise identified. 9) It is almost impossible, SO difficult, to set the timer...Horrible set-up!! OMG!! Pro/Recommend for INSOMNIA: I would recommend these sound phones to anyone with insomnia; I now cannot even sleep without them on my head (I find the only 1 recorded sound I like comforting,) Pro Noise from headband phones does not hurt my pet's ears (the banging upstairs neighbors hurts their ears and mine! yikes!)

The Bluetooth functionality works ok with most of my devices, but the material that holds them tends to ride up, and not keep them in an optimal position over the ears. I am referring to the lightweight material, maybe I’ll try the fleece, to see if it positions better.

I’d hoped to love the wireless version, but that module was uncomfortable no matter where I put it. So I returned it in exchange for the wired version, which is still pricey but the sound quality is much better than the inexpensive CozyPhones I had. I listen to books with them and need to understand the words 🙂

The sound is clear, but the band moves away from the ears very easily, needing adjustment often. The band is comfortable and provides quality sound.

A very nice product! The only issue I have encountered is that sometimes they shift position, and in order to keep them in place I have to have the band fall directly across my forehead instead of my hairline.

Brilliant sound quality and long lasting battery, has definitely helped me relax into sleep. Not a fan of the material, cotton would be better. Does not block ambient noise but does not claim. Overall i am happy with my purchase.
