Excellent for the price. Speakers are slim and fit for purpose. Can be a little bit fiddlly getting everything in place but you’re not paying premium prices so it’s all good.

Love the product, quality and versatility, question about charging I am very pleased with your product. It has provided a great measure of convenience and comfort and has definitely met and exceeded the desired aspects which we sought out and bought it for. I have had an issue I was curious about. The first pair I used for about 3 1/2 weeks and then one day the battery died and when I plugged the battery into the charging cord, the red light would not come on. The connection appeared loose but when I plugged the battery back into the headphones and restarted it it worked fine for a few moments and then died again. I plugged it back into the charger and the red light did not come on but I left it on just in case the battery was very dead. After a few hours the light still did not come on and the battery was dead. We contacted and a replacement was sent out promptly and everything worked again. About two weeks in, the same issue of dying suddenly and then not taking/holding a charge (after just previously charging it the day prior) I am using the provided charging cable and an exclusive plug/charger adapter for it. Do you have any suggestions? I really love the product as there are so many upsides to it, I am just curious about this one aspect. Thank you again!

Great product. I thought nothing would help me sleep through my fiancé's snoring but my sleep phones do! Only thing is i feel the size runs a little big, and sometimes the ear phones can become uncomfortable if you lay with your ear directly on it for too long.

The sound is awesome and yes I can sleep on my side on them. I’m am mostly pleased with them. However, I’m disappointed with the actual headband. It’s difficult to get the speakers into the correct spot on your ears and keeping them there. My husband is a big guy and if he flexes his neck he displaces the headband. We’ve remedied that by having him wear the band backwards. For the cost of the SleepPhones I would expect that the band would be easier to use and more well thought out. As I said otherwise the SleepPhones are awesome. We are using the Baaaa app. Aside from the initial Baa the track is very relaxing. Are there more delta wave sound tracks for the SleepPhones?

Easy to order, used my coupon, was shipped and received very quickly! The M which fits "most" was a little big, but when it slides down it becomes a eye mask to block out the light too.

The concept is awesome but needs some design improvements. Sound quality- I’m a Bose person and prior to purchasing these I used my qC-30 noise cancelling, wireless. The sound quality as compared to the Bose is lacking. Another issue is the flat ear speakers constantly move and need readjustment. Also, the wireless charging is nice but needs better demarcation to identify the charging side and locations. Also the charging light is often hidden underneath the fabric of the headphones. Not tragic but seems like an easy issue to address. Increase size of on/off buttons and differentiate shapes of buttons to allow user to feel through the fabric which button is which. One thought I had was to add a minimal ear cup sprrounding the speakers maybe a few millimeters in thickness which I thought would accomplish 2 goals. 1. Improve sound quality 2. Prevent from moving on your head. Overall I really like the device but feel it can be greatly improved.

Sleep Phones have been a lifesaver for me. I cannot use earbuds of any kind. I like the new breeze fabric band. It fits better (I order the small) - doesn't stretch out the way the fleece headband does. I have purchased several classic headphones with plug in jack and always disappointed that the wiring close to the plug in part frays and sound is intermittent or lost. I think it needs to be reinforced at that point in some way. I have gone to wireless for that reason. If the product was improved, I would order it for devices that are not bluetooth capable.
