Dear Ian, Our sincerest apologies you have not received your package! Per the tracking information, Australia Post attempted to deliver your SleepPhones® on November 28, but was unable to. Your package can be retrieved at Hawthorn North LPO. Dear Carlos, We are sorry the band you ordered does not fit you well! Having the correct size headband will alleviate the issue you are experiencing. We would be happy to exchange the headband for a different size! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! If moving it to the side, please place it on the opposite side as you sleep on. Many of our customers do move the Bluetooth® module to the front of their heads as this will help with clarity and quality of the Bluetooth® signal and prevent the volume buttons from getting pressed accidentally. With headphones that are worn for many hours a night, durability is crucial. We are constantly making updates and improvements to our products not only to suit the needs of our customers but also to keep up with the progression of technology. Our Product Design Team is continually researching how we can improve the quality of our products through technological advancements. As a growing company we continue to strive for improvements in this area because we know many of our customers rely on the products on a nightly basis to provide adequate sleep. Please know that we do offer a one year limited on our products! If anything were to happen within a year of purchase, we would be more than happy to replace the components through our warranty program. Dear Lisa, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you experienced! We suggest charging the product daily to ensure a fully battery for each use. The product takes 3 hours to fully charge. When charging, please make sure the Bluetooth® module is turned off. When you plug the Bluetooth® module in to charge you will notice a red light come on to indicate it needs charged. After 3 hours it will be fully charged and the red light will turn off to indicate the fully battery. Regarding the headband, we would suggest possibly changing to a different size headband. A proper fitting headband will keep the speakers snugly in place without causing pain. Dear Laurie-Ann, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you experienced! When placing the Bluetooth® module on the charging base, please make sure that it is facing down on the induction charger. This means that when you feel it as it is charging, it should be a flat surface with the three buttons pointing toward the charging base. Also, the speaker plug on the module will need to be positioned on the opposite side of the micro USB port on the charging base. When positioned correctly, you will feel a magnetic attraction between the Bluetooth® module and the charging base. You might need to move the module a bit within the headband as the fabric / hook and loop opening might be interfering with the magnets.
