Dear Stacy, Our sincerest apologies that you are not satisfied with the product! The SleepPhones® products were constructed to minimize ambient noises. If you listen to music, you can camouflage outside sounds such as snoring. However, the product does not have any external equipment to eliminate noise. We market the product as noise blocking rather than noise canceling. Some of our customers listen to music to calm them which enables them to fall asleep faster, while reducing background noise. Many customers also listen to music all throughout the night and do find that it does help to block out their partner's snoring. Some of our customers, like yourself, use foam ear plugs in conjunction with their SleepPhones®. If doing this, we highly suggest listening to the product at a medium volume level as a high level could cause hearing damage if used for several hours. Dear Trent, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you experienced! We would be happy to exchange the headband for a different size / type of material! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! Some of our customers do move the module to the front or side of the headband if they are back sleepers. When placing the Bluetooth® module on the charging base, please make sure that it is facing down on the induction charger. This means that when you feel it as it is charging, it should be a flat surface with the three buttons pointing toward the charging base. Also, the speaker plug on the module will need to be positioned on the opposite side of the micro USB port on the charging base. When positioned correctly, you will feel a magnetic attraction between the Bluetooth® module and the charging base. Dear Trent, Our sincerest apologies that you are not satisfied with your product! In regards to the placement of the module, normally it is placed at the back of the head. Some of our customers do move the module to the front or side of the headband. If you sleep on your back, we suggest to slide the module to the left or right side of the headband to provide you with more comfort. Dear Dan, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you have experienced with the wireless product! Many different variables can alter exactly how long the battery life will last. For example if you are listening to the product on the highest volume, you will only receive closer to 6-8 hours of playback. We highly suggest listening to the product at a medium volume level as a high level could cause hearing damage if used for several hours. We have also found that certain apps cause the Bluetooth® module to have a shorter battery life. Through our testing we have found the White Noise app (http://www.tmsoft.com/white-noise) does not cause a shorter battery life. We have also found listening to music preloaded on your device will give you the 10-13 hour battery life. Should you continue to experience difficulty with the battery life we would be happy to replace the module through our 1 year warranty. If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with the Bluetooth® module and receipt from whatever retailer you used for the purchase, we will send you a new module to insert into your headband!
