Excellent product and fast delivery.

It took a long time, but they finally got the wireless right. It's convenient, comfortable, sounds good ... what else would you want. My only nit pik is that to get everything adjusted just right takes longer than I would like. It's not like putting on headphones. But don't let that stop you the SleepPhones Effortless won't disappoint, They rock.

I did a lot of research. Have been a serious insomniac for years and really wanted a wireless headset I could use thru the night. My main requirements were comfort - SleepPhones are great! - and convenience - the effortless are just that. Sound quality was less important as I will use my expensive wired headsets for quality. I do not need volume or quality listening to sea waves - but the sound quality was very surprisingly good. I have now been using the SleepPhones every night for over 3 weeks- and keep them on thru the whole night. Comfort in all my sleep positions is great- only issue might be that the speakers can move some. But I actually will adjust them so I can get the volume to the lowest level by moving them away from my ears when I find myself drifting off. In the morning I just snap the headset to the charger. Couldn't be easier. I love them. Highly recommend them - and the extra cost is so well worth the comfort and ease. I will add that I am a senior - and my bad about bluetooth - but your customer service person was also great.

Amazing support and a great product!

This company is fantastic ,no doubt.Polite and quick responses can be expected. The product provided is comfortable,and is better than expected in terms of audio quality. Also, with the product itself, there can be ear pain with shifting and pressing,but I guess it's a matter of time before I adjust . Highly recommend the company to everyone

I had an issue with my sleephones within a week of buying got in contact with sleephones, and they sent out a new pair straight away. Brilliant customer service. No problems since. Sound is great

For anyone who wears headphones when they sleep, these are a must have!

I have owned several of these. This newest one seems to be superior in design and is even more comfortable. The sales department is very helpful.
