Amazing customer service.

The Wireless/Bluetooth SleepPhone is a very very good and reliable product. Connecting the unit to the music/listening source is very straightforward. I find that the "fleece fabric" is more secure on the head than the "breeze fabric" . Even then the headband could be a little more snug fit as it does stretch and slip down and move around a little too easily. Adjustment throughout the night is required.

I previously used the sleep phones that had the wires. These are wireless and use bluetooth. I LOVE them! I also switched to the lighter fabric. Much more comfortable to me.

Life changing! I completely recommend the effortless model.

Very comfortable and battery lasts all night long (at least 8 hours). Easy to operate.

I have severe tinnitus, these have been amazing to help me sleep. I have one at home and I keep one in my suitcase. So glad I found this product
