Great for drowning out the sounds of a noisy house when I'm trying to sleep. I wish I'd bought the next size up though. I toss and turn a lot in my sleep and if the headphones are even a little bit bit off center from your ears you don't really get any sound from them. So far that's my only complaint. The headband is comfortable and the sound quality is good!

Adequate MOST of the time
As a sound “masking” device, it does that job ok. But, it does not “cancel out” any snoring... it simply allows you to listen to another noise source that will provide you with more soothing audio relief.
Also, the speakers inside the headband sometimes have a tendancy to move off of the center of the ear, diminishing the sound you hear, until you re-center them.
But overall, I still like them, as they do help for the most part.

Overall I really like this product, however...
Overall I really like this product; however, I have had a few issues to manage until I was satisfied.
First, even though I measured my head as instructed in the video online, the one size fits most that I originally ordered was still too big and the sleep phones did not stay in place too well. However, I did then go back and order the smaller size and they now work much better. Consequently, I would advise anyone on the smaller end of the Medium size range to move down to the Small size, as the material is soft and stretchy, and there is less of a concern with them being too small than too large.
Also, at the beginning I had problems with the way that the speakers are recommended to be inserted into the headband. When they are pushed in this way, the wire comes out the back of the speakers. However, this causes them to run across the back ridge of my ear and consequently when laying on my side I could feel the wire (as my ear was essentially pressing down on it) and after a little while, this became very uncomfortable.
I then played around with the orientation of the speakers in the headband and found that if I inserted them so that the wire was oriented towards the bottom, it ran down by my earlobe and was more cushioned in the seam of the headband. This is way more comfortable for me and now I don't feel the wire when laying on my side. The only problem with this though is that the speakers don't slide in as well this way and I had to cut some of the speaker covering material to shape it to fit better. This all took a while to figure out but now that I have, they have been working well for me. I particularly like the soft material of the headband and that I can slide the front down over my eyes to comfortably block out light if needed, as traditional sleep masks also have never worked well for me (just like traditional headphones).
So overall a great, unique product but I think it could use a little further optimization.

First one lasted a long time.
Considering I purchased a pair of Bluetooth Sleep Phones a couple if years ago, and about 6 months ago the wiring to the internal battery pack broke inside. I opened it and re soldered the wires and it worked great, but the battery was no longer holding a charge that would last the night. It was time to order a new one. I am pleased with my purchases.
*edit* my second pair didnt even last a year before it stopped holding a charge long enough to last the night. Ended up buying the more expensive wireless charging model. Theoretically not having to take it out of the headband to plug in to charge will reduce the wear and tear on the module? Hopefully.

Not Princess and the pea approved...But pretty darn close!
For side sleeping, they are perfect! However they can be uncomfortable when you lay flat on your back as the mirco USB plug is somewhat bulky and feels like a small rock when pressed against the back of your skull. I've resorted to wearing it backwards on the nights I'd prefer to sleep on my back. The only other complaint I have is that I wish the volume was a little louder.
Otherwise I am very happy with the product! It's been a blessing on the nights I fall asleep to ASMR videos.

Love this product! (But needs updated BT design)
Love this product. Been using the wireless model for many years. However, it seems like they are past due for a new design. Having to remove the Bluetooth unit to charge it is a little clunky and causes wear on the speaker wires. Seems like your engineers could come up with a chargeable unit that doesn’t have to be disconnected from speakers. This is the only reason I’m giving a four star review rather than five.

Great product but they do tend to…
Great product but they do tend to either slip up off my ears or the front of the band slides down towards my eyes...very comfortable however.

I’ve got no complaints.
I’ve got no complaints. Bought the breeze fabric headband instead of the fleece headband. The audio quality is nice. I’m not exactly sure what reserves I’ve got about it, but I just can’t give it a perfect five. Something little is missing... I don’t know. I do highly enjoy my Sleep Phones though.
