UPDATED REVIEW: Definitely recommend this company!
I enjoy using these but the speakers slip around inside the headband quite a bit. UPDATE: SleepPhones Customer Service contacted me within hours of this review to offer a solution to my problem. Via a simple exchange, I'll be receiving a new band with a better fit, which resolves the slipping speaker problem for most other users. I am so impressed with this level of service that I've changed this to a 5-star review.

Dear Lisa, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you've experienced with the product! We would suggest possibly changing to a different size/fabric headband. A proper fitting headband will keep the speakers snugly in place without causing pain. We would also suggest trying the RunPhones® material. Our RunPhones® headbands are light-weight with moisture wicking properties to help keep sweat at bay while on the go or sleeping in the warm summer months. They are made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Many customers use them to sleep in instead of our Fleece or Breeze headbands because they are moisture wicking and the lightest of our three headband fabrics. Please know that the RunPhones® headbands come in the following three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large!
