So far so good. Haven't slept in them yet (that is why I bought them) to know if it will block out snoring. Only thing I might suggest is an easier way to use the control when it is in the headband. You can't easily wear it to check the volume, you have to keep removing it to adjust. Charging is easy.

The sleep phone allows me to play a meditation app for 30min to wind down and then I have wave and rain sounds all night which I find soothing. I don’t hear sounds around me.

The only reason I give it 4 is because I use these to sleep (with a fan app) and the battery life doesn’t last all night but they are very comfy!

Dear Lori, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you have experienced with the wireless product! Many different variables can alter exactly how long the battery life will last. For example if you are listening to the product on the highest volume, you will only receive closer to 4-5 hours of playback. We highly suggest listening to the product at a medium volume level as a high level could cause hearing damage if used for several hours. We have also found that certain apps cause the Bluetooth® module to have a shorter battery life. Through our testing we have found the White Noise app (http://www.tmsoft.com/white-noise) does not cause a shorter battery life. We have also found listening to music preloaded on your device will give you the 10 hour battery life. We also would suggest charging the product daily to ensure a fully battery for each use. The product takes 3 hours to fully charge. When charging, please make sure the Bluetooth® module is turned off. When you plug the Bluetooth® module in to charge you will notice a red light come on to indicate it needs charged. After 3 hours it will be fully charged and the red light will turn off to indicate the fully battery. Product worked great, and is very comfortable, but it is a little quieter in one ear and you have no way to make sure which side the earbud the volume comes out of.

Dear Philippe, Thank you for your recent purchase! We would like to try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get the speakers to work for you. First, when you tried the product were the speakers placed directly over your ears? All of our products come with speakers that are removable, so they can easily be positioned within the headband to line up over your ears. While wearing the SleepPhones® headband, please gently push the speakers around until they are situated on your ears. Please make sure that you are lining up the speakers and not the felt connector that keeps the wires together. Second, is there a case on the device that you are using with the SleepPhones®? We have found that some cases do not allow the audio jack to be inserted all the way, which can cause one of the speakers not to function properly. Regarding the placement of the speakers, the grey, softer felt side should have been facing the ears in the headband.
