Dear Peyton, Our sincerest apologies you are not satisfied with your purchase! Many different variables can alter exactly how long the battery life will last. For example if you are listening to the product on the highest volume, you will only receive closer to 4-6 hours of playback. We highly suggest listening to the product at a medium volume level as a high level could cause hearing damage if used for several hours. We have also found that certain apps cause the Bluetooth® module to have a shorter battery life. Through our testing we have found the White Noise app (http://www.tmsoft.com/white-noise) does not cause a shorter battery life. We have also found listening to music preloaded on your device, as opposed to streaming apps such as YouTube, will give you the 10 hour battery life. The battery only requires 3 hours of charging to enable a full battery. We do suggest charging the product daily to ensure a fully battery for each use. Should you continue to experience difficulty with the battery life we would be happy to replace the module through our 1 year warranty. If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with the Bluetooth® module and receipt, we will send you a new module to insert into your headband!
