Dear Joyce, Our sincerest apologies you are not satisfied with your purchase! The SleepPhones® products were constructed to minimize ambient noises. If you listen to music, you can camouflage outside sounds such as snoring. However, the product does not have any external equipment to eliminate noise. We market the product as noise reducing rather than noise canceling. Some of our customers listen to music to calm them which enables them to fall asleep faster, while reducing background noise. Many customers also listen to music all throughout the night and do find that it does help to block out their partner's snoring. The playing time on our app is 30 minutes long and unfortunately cannot be set up to loop. We would suggest using the following white noise app by TM Soft: White Noise Lite. Many of our customers enjoy this app because you have the ability to choose from over 30 different sleep tracks, including a crackling fire, set a timer, make a customized play list, and its free! The new Breeze material is more moisture-wicking and lighter-weight than our Fleece or older Breeze headbands. We would, however, be happy to exchange it for a different size / type of fabric! They help keep sweat at bay and are perfect for customers who are warmer sleepers or who sleep in the warm summer months. They also are more stretchy than our Fleece headbands. Our products are not cancelling because we feel that being able to hear a fire alarm or a child monitor in the middle of the night is important. Some of our customers listen to music to calm them which enables them to fall asleep faster, while reducing background noise. Many customers also listen to music all throughout the night and do find that it does help to block out their partner's snoring. Regarding the headband, having the proper size headband (with a snug fit) is crucial not only for comfort but for sound purposes too. A proper fitting headband will prevent the speakers from sliding around while in use as well as the headband slipping. Having too snug of a headband, however, might cause discomfort as the speakers would be pressing into your ears. We would be happy to exchange it for a different size! A proper fitting headband will prevent the speakers from sliding around while in use as well as the headband slipping. Having too snug of a headband, however, might cause discomfort as the speakers would be pressing into your ears. We would be happy to exchange your headband for a different size / type of fabric! Dear Danny, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you have experienced with the wireless product! Many different variables can alter exactly how long the battery life will last. For example if you are listening to the product on the highest volume, you will only receive closer to 4-5 hours of playback. We highly suggest listening to the product at a medium volume level as a high level could cause hearing damage if used for several hours. Apps such as Spotify or YouTube stream music, which will drain the battery faster than an app which downloads the music / tones directly to your device. Listening to music preloaded on your device should give you the 10 hour battery life. Through our testing we have found the White Noise app (http://www.tmsoft.com/white-noise) does not cause a shorter battery life. We would be happy to exchange it for the fleece material in the size small, in our opinion the fleece material provides more of a snug fit.
