Dear AcousticChicago, Thank you for your review! We see that you selected our standard Domestic First Class Shipping. This shipping method takes 3-7 business days to arrive and we see you you received your order on the seventh business day. Regarding USPS shipping, we decided to ship via USPS as part of our concern for the environment. Not only does this save both you and us money, but also because the postal carrier has to make a trip to your work or residence anyway. FedEx, UPS, and DHL need to use gasoline getting the package to you. We are constantly making updates and improvements to our products not only to suit the needs of our customers but also to keep up with the progression of technology. Our Product Design Team is continually researching how we can improve the quality of our products through technological advancements. As a growing company we continue to strive for improvements in this area because we know many of our customers rely on the products on a nightly basis to provide adequate sleep. Please know we only have a one year limited warranty on our products. If something were to occur after a year from purchase, we unfortunately would not be able to cover repairs under our warranty program. Please note that all new purchases do come with the one year limited warranty as well.

Dear John, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you experienced! When placing the Bluetooth® module on the charging base, please make sure that it is facing down on the induction charger. This means that when you feel it as it is charging, it should be a flat surface with the three buttons pointing toward the charging base. Also, the speaker plug on the module will need to be positioned on the opposite side of the micro USB port on the charging base. When positioned correctly, you will feel a magnetic attraction between the Bluetooth® module and the charging base. You might need to move the module a bit within the headband as the fabric / hook and loop opening might be interfering with the magnets. Dear Erda, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you experienced! The SleepPhones® products were constructed to minimize ambient noises. If you listen to music, you can camouflage outside sounds such as snoring. However, the product does not have any external equipment to eliminate noise. We market the product as noise reducing rather than noise canceling. Some of our customers listen to music to calm them which enables them to fall asleep faster, while reducing background noise. Many customers also listen to music all throughout the night and do find that it does help to block out their partner's snoring. Please know we have a one year warranty on all of our products and would be more than happy to exchange the SleepPhones® Simple module for the SleepPhones® Wireless Bluetooth® module for you. This way you would be able to listen to any app or downloaded music / audio books. If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with the module purchase receipt, we will send you a SleepPhones® Wireless module to insert into your headband!
