Very good product. But, let me see if I can describe this "problem" .... the speakers must be EXACTLY over my ears before I can hear the music. If they are off a tiny little bit, then I can't hear the music. Wish the speakers had a wider area, if that makes sense.

I've tried a couple brands and these are the best. I just wish the speakers inside the headband were a bit more cushioned. If I actually fall asleep with them, they sometimes hurt my ears.

I love this product and sleep with it every night. I would like to see a way to "anchor" the speakers in one place. It is nice to be able to change them for different people, but they do slip around a bit at night.

I love the sleepphones. Used them on a recent cruise vacation to drown out my husbands snores and the phones, paired with a sleep fan app, worked perfectly. The reason I gave a 4 was due to a less than helpful response I received from an e-mail question I had about a year ago. I've resolved the problem I was having with the band slipping but felt the customer service rep left me hanging without a a serious concern for my prob.

they work great but i just wish that the speakers did not move around inside the band so much. I have to make sure they are in place each night. I get that they cant come sewn into place because everyone's ears are not in same exact position in regards to the band. But for this reason I do not give 5 stars

Great, a little complicated to sync, charge, and position on your head but the end result is comfy headphones I sleep with every night!
