SleepPhones®Reviews of sleepphones.com

Better than anything else I've tried by a long shot. My only criticism is that the fabric stretches out and I have to use bobby pins to keep it in place. Sound quality excellent for audiobook listening. I can't speak to how it works for music.

The headphones work well and are VERY comfortable for wearing overnight. They also make a passable eye-shade. The ads show the headphones with the wide part of the band at the back of the head - I find they work better with the wide part in the front to avoid shutting the phones off when sleeping on my back. The eye-shade thing works better that way as well. I would have liked a lower minimum volume setting. Some pod casts can be a bit too loud for a quite voice while falling asleep. This can be dealt with by sliding the speaker pads a bit so they are sitting directly over the ears. I also think the phone are too expensive at about $100. There doesn't seem to be enough to the phones to justify the price, IMHO.

very good overall. Slight discomfort with the bluetooth part on back of head...not sure if it would have been better to get cords so there isn't a small unit at the back as I find any pressure to be uncomfortable (people with higher tolerance may not be annoyed). I also find that the band needs to be tight to keep it on but then 8 hours of this tightness and you def feel it in morning. The actual headphones are super slim and you barely feel those...much much better than the cheapy version of these I got from ebay. I do think anything would annoy me about this type of product considering I spend a fortune to live alone and didn't expect to have a neighbour that forces me to live as if Im living in a dorm room.

Great product. Very quick delivery. The only suggestions I have for improvement is to make the battery last longer to not have to charge as frequently. And to indicate when the battery is getting low so it doesn't die on you during the middle of the night. Otherwise it's wonderful!

Bien! Les haut parleurs bougent dans le bandeau, on dois les replacer à chaque utilisation. Mais ils sont super !!!!

they last about 12-18 months using them 8 hours a night. Had to make my own headband as they shift during your sleep, turning over etc so that the speakers don't stay over your ear. Good product that needs some refinement. Company good to deal with, on my third pair

I love my sleep phones, and use them nightly. I have fibromialgia and sleep can make or break my day. Since I got my sleep phones I have been able to sleep through the night or quickly return to sleep quickly (when you wake up 15 to 20 times a night this is huge!!!). I move around a lot at night, as pain sets in from sleeping in one position for too long sets in. the earphones stay in place and I quickly return to sleep, without the discomfort of ear buds. The added advantage of being able to pull down over my eyes to shut out light was an unexpected bonus! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the battery frequently doesn't charge, because it wasn't plugged in exactly correctly to the charger. If I'm in a hurry in the morning and don't catch that the red light isn't shining I am out of luck for that night. It is a little difficult to plug in and connect to my phone, but so worth it that I love it!

I've been using SleepPhones to help me fall asleep for about 8 years. I recently purchased a wireless pair and it's amazing to not worry about a cord while tossing and turning in bed! The set up was easy, and they're quite comfortable. I wish the buttons were a bit bigger so it's easier to find them to turn the headphones on and off (I have the thinner fabric headband but it's still sometimes finicky to find the button through the thin fabric) and I wish they could turn off automatically to help save battery life. If I set a 30 minute sleep timer on an audiobook it would be amazing if the headphones could power off after 10 minutes not being in use. As is I have to charge them every 2 or 3 days which is ok, but I'd prefer to charge them less. Overall I would definitely recommend wireless over wired, and if you like to listen to audio to drift off to sleep, or have a snoring partner, or live in a noisier environment these are the best sleep headphones I've tried!
