Although my experience ordering and receiving the RunPhones® Effortless was straightforward with no hiccups, I am disappointed in the product itself. The supposed-to-be wireless charger does not charge the battery unless I completely remove the battery from the headband. This defeats the purpose of having a wireless charger. If I knew this were the case, I would have purchased the RunPhones® Wireless. Also, the RunPhones® Effortless only exerts music on one side of the headband. Having to listen to music in only one ear is not a pleasant experience for me personally.

Dear Terence, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you experienced! We have a few troubleshooting tips we can try to get this charging properly. When charging please make sure that the Bluetooth® module is turned off. When placing the Bluetooth® module on the charging base, please make sure that it is facing down on the induction charger. This means that when you feel it as it is charging, it should be a flat surface with the three buttons pointing toward the charging base. Also, the speaker plug on the module will need to be positioned on the opposite side of the micro USB port on the charging base. When positioned correctly, you will feel a magnetic attraction between the Bluetooth® module and the charging base. You might need to move the module a bit within the headband as the fabric / hook and loop opening might be interfering with the magnets. You can watch a video of how the charging process is performed at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohc4z8XDM0I Regarding the speakers, please contact our customer support team via email ([email protected]) or phone (1-877-838-4790, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST) and we would be more than happy to assist you! We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Bought one. Liked it but it failed. Bought another: my mistake. It failed too. Won't take a charge. Piece of junk for $100. And this web site is not good either: I cannot rest my password via iMac select. And I am not 'brian'.

Arleen
Had great expectations of this product. I couldn't stand it the first night, since the speakers wont remain in place. There is no mechanism to prevent the speakers from moving around inside the band. Had to keep readjusting throughout the night to be able to hear any sound from the speaker. Total waste of money and time. The idea is great. The execution is terrible.
Response from SleepPhones®May 1, 2019
Dear Arleen, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you have experienced! Having the proper size headband (with a snug fit) is crucial not only for comfort but for sound purposes too. A proper fitting headband will prevent the speakers from sliding around while in use as well as the headband slipping. Having too snug of a headband, however, might cause discomfort as the speakers would be pressing into your ears. We would be happy to exchange your headband for a different size / fabric! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! Here is the link to the warranty page: http://www.sleepphones.com/warranty You can find our sizing chart along with a demonstration video on how to find the proper size on our site at: http://www.sleepphones.com/customer-support/sizing If you are unsure how to remove and reinsert the speakers you can find a demonstration video on our site at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqTVbLvjDNk If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team via email ([email protected]) or phone (1-877-838-4790, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST) and we would be more than happy to assist you!
Avital
I love SleepPhones but the only shipping option for delivery to Israel is 'expedited international shipping', which is $54! I don't understand why international standard shipping is not an option, when I am able to receive orders from Amazon, Lands End, Talbots, etc. I would order from Amazon, except that the particular model I want is currently out of stock, so I guess I'll have to look on eBay.
Response from SleepPhones®Apr 9, 2019
Dear Avital, We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you! We are continuously striving to improve our products/shipping and we will pass along your feedback to the appropriate department. Unfortunately at this time, UPS is the only shipping option available for Israel. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team via email ([email protected]) or phone (1-877-838-4790, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST) and we would be more than happy to assist you!

I bought the corded version—maybe the Bluetooth is better. My headphones kept getting disconnected. I had to toss them after 3 nights.

I ordered a sleepphones because unfortunately my previous set was stolen. I ordered it on the same website as usual, to my home adress in the Netherlands. Because i was in argentina you slammed on 50 dollars of import and had the item imported from the US! Never once did it suggest to go to a different local site, or if there would be a better way to order it. Bad experience!
Response from SleepPhones®Mar 6, 2019
Dear Nicoline, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you've experienced. Please know that we do offer two different shipping methods for our international customers. The first one is the international standard USPS and the price is $14 USD. The second method of shipping is UPS Worldwide Expedited and that price is calculated at checkout. On our website we do state that you are responsible for all customs and import taxes for your country when you pick up your package. We have no control over what your government may charge. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team via email ([email protected]) or phone (1-877-838-4790, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST) and we would be more than happy to assist you.
