I enjoy my new sleep phones. My husband is a very loud snorer. I can not sleep with him in the same room. I have started to wear the sleep phones to drown out the snoring. Work perfectly. The head phones are easy to use and have good sound. I like that they are wireless. I am happy with my purchase.

I love the SleepPhones, however, I am frustrated with the SleepPhones app. In every music option, there is a low humming sound in the background and it drives me insane. I'm not sure if it is only happening to me or if other users notice it as well. I have downloaded other sleep sound apps and there is no humming sound at all. When I listen to my own music downloaded to my phone, there is no humming sound. It only seems to be in the SleepPhones app.

Dear Kimberly, Thank you for your feedback! The background sounds are called binaural beats. We tried to make them as quiet as possible while still being effective. They are designed to help you fall asleep faster, but everyone responds differently to the sounds. My sleep phones do work well as far as nice clear music and would have gotten 5 stars if they didn't move around on my head. You need the ear pads to stay over your ears or you can't hear the music or whatever sounds you are listening to.

Takes a bit of getting used to, but otherwise superb in all ways. Bluetooth works perfectly, and the buttons work as intended.

The concept is awesome and I'm already addicted to them. Only complaints are that the plug only works in certain positions, if it gets rotated it'll stop being audible. Also the speakers move around in the band so I have to keep pushing them into the right spots.

Having a snug fit headband will eliminate the headband from slipping and the speakers from moving around within the band after you position them. All of our products come in the following three sizes: Extra Small, One Size Fits Most and Extra Large. If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! We have found that some cases do not allow the audio jack to be inserted all the way, which can cause one of the speakers not to function properly. The recharging pad does not appear to work. Fortunately I can just plug on the sleep phone battery directly as I did with a former phone. That was a bit disappointing. Other than that I am very happy and my marriage is secure.

Dear Barbara, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you have experienced with the SleepPhones® Effortless! We have a few troubleshooting tips we can try to get this charging properly. When charging please make sure that the Bluetooth® module is turned off. When placing the Bluetooth® module on the charging base, please make sure that it is facing down on the induction charger. This means that when you feel it as it is charging, it should be a flat surface with the three buttons pointing toward the charging base. Also, the speaker plug on the module will need to be positioned on the opposite side of the micro USB port on the charging base. When positioned correctly, you will feel a magnetic attraction between the Bluetooth® module and the charging base. The sound quality and comfort of these headphones is as advertised. Consider these are meant for low volume sounds so once you begin playing music, the headphones become less discreet if someone is sleeping next to you. The only flaw is the headband is not adjustable. It is a one size fits most and it is a little loose for my girlfriend. I will have to find a way to cut the band and stitch a Velcro strap. Perhaps make a pocket for the controller unit as it is sometimes annoying while having to dig it out to recharge.
