These work well, especially if you pair them with foam ear plugs. My husband is a very loud snorer and we were going on a cruise so we had to sleep in the same stateroom. After reading some helpful advice from the internet, I purchased the SheepPhones and foam ear plugs. I was actually able to sleep. It took me a few test runs beforehand to get it right, like remembering to charge it up and adjusting it to my head. It is confusing because it is hard to tell if it is charged up. It is also kind of hard to get used to wearing a headband while you sleep. However, I consider these a really good purchase for us because they did the job. I did not pair them with the music that you get for free from SheepPhones because I prefer the sound of rain and water. I was able to pair them through my iPhone with a fee app called Sleep Monkey. So we all were able to sleep soundly and we enjoyed our cruise. Thank you, SheepPhones!

Sleep phones allow us to listen to audio books and not disturb each other or grandchildren if we have them sleeping over. I will use mine also at the gym and listen to my books when walking on the treadmill.

I’m sure the headband works for many people, but just not for me. Although the audio is clear, the band doesn’t fit my head and isn’t comfortable to wear.

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for, with a few exceptions that are more my fault than the products. Good things first. The sound quality is awesome. I’m not sure how they do that with such small speakers, but it’s great. Perfect for asmr videos, or whatever your using it for. Secondly, it’s incredibly comfortable. Trying to lay on your side with ear buds in hurts. This does not. Battery life is also amazing! I can use it multiple nights in a row without the battery dying. Like I said, the two issues I have with this product are mostly my own fault. First, taking the main piece out to charge is very annoying. I really wish I had ordered the one with wireless charging, and if you’re considering buying I highly recommend spending the extra money for the easy charge one. Second, I ordered a medium and it’s a bit too big. I went off the size chart, and I wear a 6 7/8 hat, but I wish I’d ordered a small. It’s a bit too loose to get it to stay in place on my head, and always falls off on the middle of the night. It’s not bad enough that I can’t use it, I just wish I’d gone with a small. So all in all, great product. Exactly what I’ve been looking for. Just a couple minor things that make it not as easy to use as I’d hoped.

Great service, I had a new set of effortless sleep phones and the right speaker was intermittent. They sent me a new set of speakers right away and everything has been working since.

Great sound. Would be 5 stars if there was a way to hold the control panel and speakers in place a bit better...
