It was difficult to put the sleepPhones…
It was difficult to put the sleepPhones back into the headband, but the music sounded good and they are comfortable to sleep with.

A great product if only it would last
A great product if only it would last. I have replace the earphones twice in 3 years and the battery once.

good headphones, wish they could fix 1 thing
These headphones are very comfortable and are almost perfect, they stay on and dont hurt ur ears, only thing is the power source, i guess thats what u call it, it is pretty uncomfortable, if they fixed that, it would be a 10/10!

Dear Dylan, Our sincerest apologies you are not satisfied with your purchase! Regarding the placement of the Bluetooth® module, we would suggest moving it to the front or side of the head. If moving it to the side, please place it on the opposite side that you sleep on. Many of our customers do move the module to the front of their heads as it is more comfortable for them. Shameful cost of replacement battery!!
The battery that I ordered to replace the original SleepSheep battery arrived in a timely manner and works perfectly. The downside of this purchase is the price of the battery. In retrospect, it would have been more financially intelligent to just add $30.00 more and get a brand new SleepPhone. I have ordered a new SleepPhone for my wife and with the new battery we both have a SleepPhone now, but the cost of the battery replacement is quite shameful in my opinion.

pretty good
Sound is good but the fabric is too stretchy for them to stay put and the position of the phones isn’t right. I have to fiddle with them too much when I’m trying to fall asleep.

Dear Suzanne, Our sincerest apologies you are not satisfied with your purchase! Having the proper size headband (with a snug fit) is crucial not only for comfort but for sound purposes too. A proper fitting headband will prevent the speakers from sliding around while in use as well as the headband slipping. Having too snug of a headband, however, might cause discomfort as the speakers would be pressing into your ears. We would be happy to exchange your headband for a different size! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! i use it for binaural beats

Dear Tariq, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you experienced! We would like to try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get the speakers to work for you. First, when you tried the product were the speakers placed directly over your ears? All of our products come with speakers that are removable, so they can easily be positioned within the headband to line up over your ears. While wearing the SleepPhones® headband, please gently push the speakers around until they are situated on your ears. Please make sure that you are lining up the speakers and not the felt connector that keeps the wires together. Second, if you are using a wired version, is there a case on the device that you are using with the SleepPhones®? We have found that some cases do not allow the audio jack to be inserted all the way, which can cause one of the speakers not to function properly. We hope the troubleshooting tips alleviate the issue! The headband did not cancel any noise…
The headband did not cancel any noise but the pre-programmed music was nice.

Dear Tina, Thank you for your review! The SleepPhones® products were constructed to minimize ambient noises. If you listen to music, you can camouflage outside sounds such as snoring. However, the product does not have any external equipment to eliminate noise. We market the product as noise reducing rather than noise canceling. Our products are not cancelling because we feel that being able to hear a fire alarm or a child monitor in the middle of the night is important.
