Great product, Minor Quibble
Great product! My only minor quibble is that the cord could be slightly better quality but otherwise happy!

I am enjoying my sleepphones. They are very comfortable on my head, I got the larger ones based on my huge head size, but they are a touch too loose so I find I am readjusting the speakers and bluetooth panel a lot, and sometimes the bluetooth panel sits in an uncomfortable spot that hurts when sleeping on my back. They are great for sleeping in a quiet room with my snoring husband, but weren't quite loud enough to listen to during takeoff on a plane, though they were awesome later on in flight to listen to a podcast while I nap and not have ear buds hurting my ears or getting tangled, and they also doubled as a sleep mask when needed. I find the charge lasts very well, and the buttons are easy to use. If I were to purchase again I think I would try the regular size band. I was very grateful to have these on my first transatlantic flights!! My ears thank you.

Dear Emma, Thank you for your recent purchase! In regards to the module, many of our customers move it to the side or front of the headband if they are back sleepers. Please know we have a one year satisfaction guarantee on our products and would be happy to exchange your headband for a different size / type of material! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! Here is the link to the warranty page: http://www.sleepphones.com/warranty You can find our sizing chart along with a demonstration video on how to find the proper size on our site at: http://www.sleepphones.com/customer-support/sizing If you are unsure how to remove and reinsert the speakers you can find a demonstration video on our site at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqTVbLvjDNk If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team via email ([email protected]) or phone (1-877-838-4790, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST) and we would be more than happy to assist you!

They actually sound pretty good. This is for the SleepPhones Effortless which are wireless charging. They are, indeed, comfortable enough for sleeping. If you lie your head directly on a speaker, there is some pressure but it really isn't painful. Some type of system to "lock" the speakers in place within the headband is needed. The speakers can move during the night. They can be moved back easy enough using a finger to manipulate them. My concern is the long term wear and tear on the headband material by constantly doing this. Unlike some others, I haven't had the problem of finding the "sweet spot" on the charging base. However, despite the magnets, the headband sometimes moves actuating the red blinking light. So check them while charging. So far, I've been getting 11 hours of the stated 13 hour play time if they're left on that long. Charging has been quick - faster than the 3 hours advertised. The headband is the breeze fabric. It seems the fleece might be too warm unless you really like that type of feeling. The band can slide down the forehead during the night, but the overall tension is satisfactory. At $130, however, they are a lot of money. Basically, if you want to sleep with music or background noise, I can recommend these.

I love these! They have truly helped me fall asleep with my special podcast(s). No discomfort and the cord is a material that also makes it easy to ignore but not get all tangled up in. My only observation is that even the lighter band makes my head hot, despite my usually running cold, so it can lead to overheating.

4 Stars because the "new" receiver does not have a battery indicator on my iphone anymore like the last/old model did. Whoever made this decision should be fired!

Love the idea, much more comfortable than in ear headphones, but band tends to slip off. Thanks

I would like the speakers to stay in place better while wearing. I also think a better cord that would not get tangled up and is longer would increase sales and repeat customers.

They work fine, but the inductive charger is tricky I'm happy with the sleepphones. I use them mostly for spoken voice, so no issues with sound quality. They are comfortable. A few things that are not 100% easy. (1) it is hard to align the "pod" on the inductive charger base. I have to pull the pod out of the headband to get it to mate and charge, which kind of defeats the purpose. (2) it takes some time to get the speakers positioned properly. Taking the pod out to charge can disturb the speaker placement. (3) I find it hard to feel which button is which on the pod.
