I had an issue during the shipping phase. I put the wrong address in, but the people at the customer service were quick to change that (very happy). I received the sleep phones quickly(3-4 days) The head band is comfortable but doesn't stay over my ears where I want it. The top of the band almost pulls back or forward on my forehead when I move my jaw around. What I do is I put it around my neck works just as good.

I love the product the first time I used it. The sound isn't like you have earphones stuck inside the ears knowing it is situated over my ears, but the sound that I can hear while I have during during bedtime is surround... like the music/sound that I can hear is playing in the whole room. I've never had that deep of a sleep since I had problems with silence. I thought that having a flat phone in a headband is really genius! Plus Cirrus is very cuddly! Again, I was amazed how they made it so cute yet useful as a storage for the device!

These are brilliant in so many ways! When in position they work perfectly and are so comfortable to sleep in you don't even notice they are there. Quite fiddly though to both position the speakers correctly in the band. Also getting the battery in and out and positioned correctly is also quite tricky. Those things could be improved - but I love mine!

I enjoyed everything about my experience with the sleep phones except one thing. I wake up after about 7 hours of sleep because my ears ache from the speaker part. I’m a side sleeper so the extra pressure is really noticeable.

These work well. Only downside is that I sleep on my stomach/side so I had to move the speaker otherwise my ear was sore by the end of the night. Has definitely helped me get a better rest with my snoring spouse!
