Customer Service calls were excellent. Purchased run phone fabric for cool but found it to be too slippery for lack of a better word. Am returning to try the cool fabric sleep version. Also unfortunately returning telly unit as my tv only has optical audio output. Wish that were clearer upfront.

Hard to adjust speakers and headband stretches out too much.

Love love love the product. I however have three concerns ... 1) Sometimes it’s difficult to get the headset to charge correctly on the base unit. 2) My ears get sore so I need to re-adjust the speakers or my head. 3) The band slides down and ends up in my forehead or eyes during the night.

On to my third set - Not sure why I ended up at acousticsheel.com rather than sleepphones.co.uk where I bought from previously, but so glad I did because the wireless induction charging version (that isn't listed on the .uk site) is THE feature that really 'finishes' the product, and well worth the shipping cost and time! Two brief product comments: I wear the headphones with the headband opening and controls at my forehead because controls are easier to get at, and the wider band works well as a light-blocking-mask. There don't seem to be any comfort related issues, so not sure why the instructions show the control unit going at the back? I wish the module was held in place more, or just moved around less, primarily because I have to fiddle around adjusting it (and sometimes move a speaker cable back behind it) before docking it to the charger each morning.

I love my SleepPhones, as I listen to the radio when I can't sleep. My husband never complains about being able to hear them, and I also use the headband as an eye cover to block out light. My only complaint is that after 2 years the wire broke at the plug end I had to purchase a new set. I would recommend that you redesign the junction to a right angle which I have had on other headphones which doesn't seem to have this problem.

Great product great delivery helps me fall asleep with ease. The only slight issue I have is having to always adjust the shifting of the speaker bits within the headband every time i go to put in the blue tooth component.

I'm pretty happy with this, I must have a small head though, cuz the band is a bit loose on me, also the head phone jack is a little short so it won't stay in my phone while the phone case is on but those are minor compared to the convenience of not having ear buds digging into my ears at night. Definitely a winner imo. Side note, Scooter from Sleep With Me Podcast recommended these and I highly recommend that podcast to go along with this headband!

I love my SleepPhones, they feel great in bed. However the wireless charging is finicky and hard to position correctly to charge. You also have no way of knowing how much charge you have left on them. Thanks for the help with the positioning it now works great. xx
