Very good sounds quality but not for back sleepers since the battery presses against the back of the neck.

Some of our customers do move the module to the front of the headband to alleviate soreness associated with the module being placed on the back of the headband. Worked fine with my tablet but when …
Worked fine with my tablet but when tablet failed I needed to use my Samsung S7 and the plug didn't fit.

Dear Steven, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you have experienced! Is there a case on your Samsung that you are using with the SleepPhones®? We have found that some cases do not allow the audio jack to be inserted all the way, which can cause one of the speakers not to function properly. Feels a little cheap for a supposedly high quality product.
I think the feel of the back panel could be improved. It feels like cheap plastic with cheap plastic buttons for an otherwise high quality product. It is also difficult sometimes to adjust the location of the speakers so that they are next to the ear. I think the quality of the internal electronics overall could be improved.

They are fine
They are fine, but not comfortable if you lay on your side.

You can find our sizing chart along with a demonstration video on how to find the proper size on our site at: http://www.sleepphones.com/customer-support/sizing We also offer the headband in a Fleece material which features our innovative SheepCloud™ fabric and are woven from a luxurious, smooth fleece material for the most comfortable fit during each and every use. It is 95% polyester and 5% spandex. We would be happy to exchange it for a different size! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into!
