Life changing! I wish I could give this product more stars. I'm a psychiatrist and reached out to sleep phones to see whether this would be a good fit for my patients. But I wanted to try it out first. I have been using the wireless gray ones and last night, with the help of brain.fm and sleep phones, I got a whopping 2 hours and 45 minutes of deep sleep! I'm a light sleeper. I NEVER thought I would tolerate a device like this. You hardly feel like you are wearing anything. I wasn't sore anywhere when I woke up. AMAZING, AMAZING product! I highly recommend sleep phones and will be recommending them to my patients well before we look at medications now.

I meditate to Calm every night and listen to their “body scans” to relax and their “Sleep Stories”. Am able to listen comfortably without hurting my ears. The sound quality is excellent. Am very pleased with SleepPhones. This was recommended by people on Calm Facebook group that have purchased and are currently using them with success.

I love these headphones so much. I had lost my first pair I misplaced them. I missed them so much that it’s my 2nd time purchasing them. I sleep so soundly now listening to my meditations before bed 😴💕

My husband likes to fall asleep listening to the TV while I listen to audiobooks. I tried the iPhones ear pods but they hurt my inner ears & would fall out. As did the smaller air ear pods. I bought an expensive over the ear headphones, but as much as I tried I could not get them to fit correctly and, although they were cushioned, made my outer ears sore. An internet search lead me to the SleepPhone. Why didn’t I do this first? I purchased the wireless version & am so happy with them. I like that the location of the speakers are adjustable, that the headband is washable & that I can sleep comfortably in any position. I wish, now, that I had spent the extra money to get the SleepPhone Effortless. I think charging with the Effortless would be more convenient. Regardless, I give the SleepPhone Wireless 5 stars.
