I had to take the module out of the headband to start it. Couldn't use it by feel. I liked it when I got it working.

Order arrived quickly, this was a replacement for sleep phones bought last year. One of the speakers stopped working. I think the jack is of poor quality.

I tried two different types of other sleep headphones before investing in these. The sound is better with these by far, as is the battery life. They are much more comfortable, too. My only complaint- and this was true of the other brands as well - is the speakers and powerpack shift around extremely easily and must be adjusted each night, sometimes even during the night. I believe I understand why the headphones are made in this way, and so it is likely a “feature” inherent to all sleep phones. Overall, I am very happy with them. Would buy again for myself or for a gift.

Does what I was hoping they would. Laying down with earphones no longer hurts. Slips a little personally, but that's my fault, I roll in bed!

Awesome for their purpose and I like the wireless charging,except that the headphones still need to be placed on the charger in a very specific way that takes away half of the convenience out of wireless charging. I was hoping one could simply toss the headphones on the charger and go but you have get it on just right.

Hello my head is too small just as I feared for size I chose. And breeze fabric is slippery making it even worse. I turned the band the opposite direction on my head and that seemed to work better. I plan to order a felt in medium and save the other one. The thing I liked about switching band was blue tooth was at top of my head then and not in my way

Overall, a good product and I'm satisfied. It would be nice if there was a way to capture the speakers where you like them over your ears, versus having to tweak them every time you put the band on. Sound is acceptable, but unexceptional for sure. I have trouble clearly hearing the 'S' sound; kind of muffled versus higher quality ear buds or head phones. I was delighted how quickly the product was delivered direct from SleepPhones. Also, excellent email response when I had some pre-sales questions.

It worked (wireless variety) for the first two weeks and then it refused to pari. I tried to fix it myself by re-installing but no go. I emailed the company and they responded to me within 2 hours with a solution that worked. Thanks!
