Having a snug fit headband will eliminate the headband from slipping and the speakers from moving around within the band after you position them. All of our products come in the following three sizes: Extra Small, One Size Fits Most and Extra Large. Some of our customers do move the module to the front of the headband to alleviate soreness associated with the module being placed on the back of the headband. If you listen to music, you can camouflage outside sounds such as snoring. However, the product does not have any external equipment to eliminate noise. We market the product as noise blocking rather than noise canceling. Some of our customers listen to music to calm them which enables them to fall asleep faster, while reducing background noise. Many customers also listen to music all throughout the night and do find that it does help to block out their partner's snoring. The sound can be turned down via the down arrow on the Bluetooth® module or on the device the SleepPhones® are connected with.
