So 2 orders - about a week apart. Order one - arrived and looked like the dog ate it - they didn't work - so returned. Order two - Claimed to be dispatched but the tracking number provided was invalid and never arrived. I complained and 2 weeks later they shipped another pair. They arrived - but didn't work. No sign of the promised replacement for order 'one'... I emailed to asked them to provide working items, and they have given me a refund for one, no update on the other. 4 weeks and 21 emails - what a waste of time.

I saw SleepPhones advertised on Mo Rocca’s Innovation Nation on CBS and decided to try them out. I originally purchased my SleepPhones Classic in May of 2020. The first pair only lasted 7 months. The wire started to bend and curl with even the slightest movement while sleeping. There was no way to unravel the wire as the bends in the wiring material were very stiff. The insulation on the wires started to crack and the wiring underneath became exposed. My SleepPhones were always taken care of and were not misused. (Only used while sleeping). I tried multiple times to unravel the wire to no avail. Once the wire curls up, which will happen to almost every set, the SleepPhones start shorting out and eventually stop working. A waste of $40! Fast forward to January of this year, I emailed SleepPhones about receiving a refund or warranty replacement after the first set failed. They said that refunds are only issued 30 days after purchase. I received a warranty replacement (speakers & cable) once I mailed in the defective pair. They said they would not provide a warranty for the replacement set. Just like clockwork it is now Aug 2021 and the replacement set has shorted out and stopped working due to curled up and bent wiring. Again, they were in no way misused. Very disappointed in this product and company. :( I originally wanted the Bluetooth version of Sleep Phones, but they run $99! You can actually find products very similar to the SleepPhones headband from other brands that are Bluetooth for very reasonable prices through other vendors. I would not have purchased this product if I would have known about the defective build quality. Listen to the one star reviews! I should have! :(

The SleepPhones I received were faulty. I contacted the company well within the 30 day return period but it has taken a long time, with much emailing back and forth, for this company to agree to provide a refund and I am still unsure if any of the postage will be refunded. They seem unfamiliar with basic consumer rights. Avoid.

The eye cover itself is of good quality, but the headphones are massive and bulky, far larger and cheaper quality than I've seen in competing brands (seriously like a couple of inches thick). I don't know what they were thinking, when you can get a competing one in which the headphones are made of a soft, flexible material. It hurt to sleep on, and took over a month to get to me, not to mention the spam they sent my inbox the entire time I was waiting. Highly don't recommend this.

Has a bright red light that flashes. Why would you design this into a product to be used at night time. Beeps when not connected properly why would you want it to beep when it stops working so it wakes you up, you know it’s not working when it won’t play the music, the design is wrong if it wakes you up to tell you it has stopped working. Charging is difficult, why do you have to take it apart to charge.

These sleep phones are undoubtedly made in China. If that's the case then they're absolute junk. That's because pretty much ALL products from China are made from cheap crappy components and then they're assembled and NOT tested because there's ABSOLUTELY NO quality control for products like these or they wouldn't be able to sell them wholesale to distributors in the USA for around $5.00 a pair. That's right $5.00 a pair and they're charging $99.00 a pair for them over here. Please don't just take my word for it. Go to Alibaba's website and look at the prices there. This is one of the best kept secrets. I don't know why it's a secret, and yet no one seems to be aware of it. All Chinese products are made of Chinesium(not a real material) and are just cheap crap that's pawned off on unknowledgeable consumers here in America and many other countries. The Chinese are wasting mass quantities of the worlds natural resources making cheap crap that will end up in our landfills in days, weeks, or unlikely in months. It's time for people to WAKE THE F UP! If you have to buy products from China pay as little as possible so you can just throw them in the trash when they quit working after a couple of weeks or better yet DON'T BUY Chinese products period. SAVE THE PLANET! And to leave you with an example, my friend gave me a smart watch with all the bells and whistles, you could even put a sim card in it and use it via bluetooth with your cell phone. It looked really nice and he told me it cost him $3.00. My mouth dropped open and I asked him if he was kidding. He said no really, it cost me $3.00. I've never used it because I want to keep it as an example to show people so they'll be as amazed as I was. How can they even build a product like that and afford to sell it for $3.00. The fact is they can't build actual products that will function correctly and last for any reasonable amount of time. It's ALL JUNK! Businesses selling products like this to the American public should be ashamed of themselves. WAKE UP AMERICA!

I didn't find the product reliable, and or that would it last . I returned mine after a day when I realized how disappointing it was. They sell the same thing on Amazon for 19.99 and for the money I would go to Bed Bath and Beyond

The headphones were good while they lasted. They functioned exactly as advertised...while they lasted. How long did they last? Not even a week. Now I can’t even use them for more than five minutes before they randomly disconnect from my phone and just stop working in general. Save your money for something else, because $100 is a lot to shovel out for something that can’t even work when you use it after a while. I am thoroughly disappointed with this product.
