Having a snug fit headband will eliminate the headband from slipping and the speakers from moving around within the band after you position them. All of our products come in the following three sizes: Extra Small, One Size Fits Most and Extra Large. Dear Tracy, Our sincerest apologies that you are not satisfied with your purchase! The SleepPhones® products were constructed to minimize ambient noises. If you listen to music, you can camouflage outside sounds such as snoring. However, the product does not have any external equipment to eliminate noise. We market the product as noise blocking rather than noise canceling. Some of our customers listen to music to calm them which enables them to fall asleep faster, while reducing background noise. Many customers also listen to music all throughout the night and do find that it does help to block out their partner's snoring. Dear Drea, Our sincerest apologies that you are not satisfied with your SleepPhones® Classic! Unfortunately, since the speakers are not sewn in place you will have adjust them over your ears. You do want a snug fit for the headband to prevent the speakers from moving around once placed on your head. If you do have the correct size headband the speakers then should stay in the same spot once adjusted. If you are unsure how to remove and reinsert the speakers you can find a demonstration video on our site at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqTVbLvjDNk Regarding the speakers, all of our products come with speakers that are removable, so they can easily be positioned within the headband to line up over your ears. While wearing the SleepPhones® headband, please gently push the speakers around until they are situated on your ears.
