This is an amazing product and their customer service is top notch. I ordered the run phones and was using them for about a month when one of the speakers stopped working. Customer service responded immediately and told me to fill out a simple form and send it in with the speakers. Well it got lost in the mail but when I told customer service this they made an exception and sent me a new pair of speakers for free! They are all about making the customer happy and it is amazing. I have recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to do so.

This is a wonderful product
This is a wonderful product. I have used the headphones every night for the last three years. Last month, the speakers in the headband stopped outputting audio. Customer service directed me to the proper replacement part and now it is as good as new. I can't say enough good things about Sleepphones.

Love the headphones
Love the headphones. Perfect in bed. Have a flannel pair and a lightweight pair. Flannel is softer, but love them both.

Luv these!! Great for ASMR! 5 Stars!
Luv these!!! I give them 5 stars! Want to buy another pair and pairs for family and friends! I play ASMR videos, sound melodies, or soft music while I sleep; completely relaxs my body! Amazing!! God bless you all!! Warm regards from ABQ :)

I absolutely love my SleepPhones!!!!!
I absolutely love my SleepPhones, and have recommended them and purchased them for many family members. They are a life changer. They are so comfortable, easy to adjust over your ears and a pleasure to wear. Now I can comfortably listen to soothing music or podcasts that help me drift off to sleep. You do have to take a little care with the wired SleepPhones, but that is true for any headphone with a wire. LOVE THEM!!!

Quality product and service
My SleepPhones arrived quickly in excellent condition and it was easy to charge and assemble the device. A booklet is provided with the order with instructions on how to use it. The instructions are easy to follow and I had no trouble using the device. It really made a difference from the first night I used it, I now fall asleep quicker than before. Thanks!
