Great concept, convenient, but needs improvement
It’s hard to adjust where the earphones go inside the headband. I don’t want to remove the controller to turn it on and off, but the buttons aren’t easy enough to differentiate through the fabric. Addendum: Thanks for the tips, Sleepphones! ❤️

Dear Mary, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you've experienced with the product! You would be able to adjust the volume by single clicking the Up or Down Arrow on the module or from the device you have it paired with, such as a smart phone or tablet. The center, square button powers on and off the module. We would suggest moving the Bluetooth® module to the front or side of the head. If moving it to the side, please place it on the opposite side as you sleep on. Many of our customers do move the Bluetooth® module to the front of their heads as this will help with clarity and quality of the Bluetooth® signal as well as ease of accessing the buttons. I've used the Sleephones about 4 times…
I've used the Sleephones about 4 times now. It does work and is pretty comfortable. I'm glad the battery lasts through the night. I really like the app as there are many selections to choose from and it is very easy to use. I wish I had these back the day I took my crew rest in the main cabin. They would have blocked out a lot of things. By the way I don't give any product 5 stars, so 4 from me is really, really good. Thanks, John

Decent
Decent I picked the wrong fabric but it’s fine. Wireless is definetly better.

Very good company with unique products
Very good company with unique products. Products are very user friendly. Two things kept the review from 5 star: 1) Just a few too many e-mails after the purchase. The tracking was great but I may have received 4 e-mails in less than 24 hours after purchase. 2) I have a regular size head and bought the medium breathable headband. Spoke toa customer service person to be sure I have the right size. Initial fit was good but after three weeks, it has started to stretch and often loose. Recommend the product, just be sure on sizing.

The band is comfortable but speaker…
Love them. The band is comfortable but speaker moves out of place I recently had to replace the speakers.

Great product
Great product, works fine. Wish I had of upgraded to the Effortless with charging base. I find the plugging and unplugging of the unit each morning a real pain!

It fell off
sometimes the speakers do not remain in the indicated place therefore less is heard and the whole band also falls

I own 2 sets and 4 headbands
I use my SleepPhones regularly. I own 2 sets, one with a mini plug and one with BlueTooth. I hardly use the mini plug ones now that I have the BlueTooth. I've had 2 fleece headbands. While they are soft, they do get hot on your eyes, if you pull them down to use as 'sleep shades'. So, I tried the nylon (runner's style). I bought the VS (I am a woman with a small circumference head), but they were too tight, even for me to pull down. They're probably great for running, buy I use them for sleep. One of the speakers stopped working, after 2 years and out of warranty, and I just had to order a new speaker set. I think, given I already have so many, I should have gotten a loyalty discount or something. But I didn't. Now there's a new 'breathable' headband (my 4th) navy blue, and I got a medium this time, and they fit good.
