Dear Krista, We are sorry the band you ordered does not fit you well! Having the correct size headband will alleviate the issue you are experiencing. We would be happy to exchange the headband for a different size! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into!
