Very quick delivery and a great product.

Sleephones are sooo comfortable! They paired with my phone easily and now I use them almost every night. I like the lightweight fabric I chose (not the fleece, don't remember their name for it...."breeze"?)

SleepPhones have helped me improve my sleep by allowing me to listen comfortably to stories, meditations, and music before falling asleep. No longer do I leave the television on with a sleep timer.

TL;DR Outstanding product and customer support! I've owned the classic, wireless, and effortless models. I use them with Brain.fm's sleep mode, and couldn't be happier. At first, I had a delivery issue with USPS, but Jenna quickly and kindly made it right! After pairing the SleepPhones Effortless with my iPhone 7 Plus and using them a couple times, I started experiencing an issue where the SleepPhones would connect, but did not appear as a sound output device, sound would only come from the iPhone speakers. They continued to work fine with my MacBook Pro. After a bit of research, I determined that this was an iPhone issue, not a SleepPhones issue. I was able to resolve the issue by turning on Airplane Mode, turning off my phone, turning it back on, and turning off Airplane Mode.

Purchased the wireless SleepPhones Effortless model. Sound quality good and comfortable to wear at night, even as a side sleeper. Turned out I was in between sizes and the purchased SleepPhones with a Breeze headband ended up a bit tight. Contacted the company and got an immediate response allowing me an exchange for a larger size headband. I opted for a larger Fleece headband. I received back the exchange I requested and in addition a RunPhones headband same size as the previous that was more elastic than the original fleece headband I ordered. In the end, both were an improvement over my original headband, but the larger Fleece headband worked out better at least for me and fits perfectly. I was very impressed with the promptness and quality of customer service provided.
