The website tells all. With promos that I could return or exchange my sleep phones I went ahead and ordered, with ease. I'm glad I ordered small it fits well. I could not be happier. I strongly urge anyone to read all directions/ measuring info carefully.

I have started using SleepPhones recently. they are so helpful as I no longer have an issue with the discomfort of using my headphones the way I used too, especially when they used to slip out before I dropped off to sleep. I'm sorry I didn't discover this product years ago and would recommend it to anybody.

This is so much better than wearing regular earphones or ear plugs. I turn this on and am able to sleep next to my loudly snoring husband. At first I was worried about the cord, but it doesn't bother me at all.

I have wanted SleepPhones since I first heard their ad on the Sleep With Me podcast. I listen to this podcast in bed nearly every night and would often wake up with a headphone cord wrapped around my neck or sore ears from my earbuds cutting into my skin. It took nearly 2 years to get around to purchasing them, but, after 2 weeks of use, I can honestly say that my SleepPhones have lived up to all my expectations. I have bangs, so it took a few days of experimenting with how to position them so as to not wake up looking as though I had been electrocuted in my sleep. Otherwise, I have had no issues with my SleepPhones. They even do a decent job drowning out my partner's snoring.
