No problems. Delighted with product. Go to bed, put on sleep phones, select podcast from phone, totally crash after a few moments. Podcast people would be very disappointed, but, hey, who cares?

Good products with excellent customer service. The units work very well but take a little time manage the best placement of the sound units on the head. Battery life can be several days, even if the unit is not turned off. Given my daily use of my first unit the control module started showing issues of its back film, secured onto on the moulded silicon case slipping and the adhesive bleeding off the back film. They took care of the issue by replacing the entire unit without any hesitation. I was even allowed to upgrade for additional cost. I would recommend the contact charging unit over the plug-in unit as removing the control unit for charging also moves some of the sound units which then have to be readjusted when next used. However I also recommend removing the control unit of the contact charging unit when received for the purpose of learning the best placement of the control unit on the charger where you can actually view the geometry of the charger on the control unit for reference when the control unit is in the headband. This is especially useful for users with color perception issues as it can be difficult to distinguish between the orange and green led on the charger. It would be useful for the company to use led colors that were more distinguishable. such as blue instead of orange. Adjusting the sound unit while wrapped in the headband can be tricky until you get the hang of it. I small protrusion facing outward on each end of each sound unit could make this task easier. I am using the unit with a CPAP mask and chin strap without issue. An item that would be helpful would be an automatic shutoff if the controls were not used in 4 hour period in order to extend battery life before recharging. If they wanted to get fancy, having an app on a portable device to allow users to set their own shutoff period and monitor battery life remaining would be a nice additional touch. A chin strap style headband available as an accessory for snoring control or CPAP use would be a welcome addition. Overall I am very pleased with the unit.

Thank goodness for the videos that explain how to use these wonderful headphones! I connected up right away;used my new head-homes to listen to a hypnosis app and got a good night’s sleep; then I was ble to recharge during the day before using them again to listen to an audible book while walking outdoors.

I bought the effortless headphones after reading reviews from people that had the bluetooth version where you had to pull out the speaker assembly to charge. The effortless version couldn't be any easier to use. I am very happy with my purchase, but must say that these cost a lot more than my regular headphones that I use for serious music listening (Grado). They really are comfortable to wear to bed with no wires, and don't bother me at all no matter what position I am sleeping in. I have only had them a short time, but I am hoping they help me fall asleep quicker and help with my tinnitus. I also appreciate the free relaxing music they provide.
