We apologize for the unsuccessful delivery to your location. We had a problem with shipping to Honduras and had to delete it from the list of shipping countries. You also got a full refund, maybe you missed that notification email. We apologize for this oversight, this is 100% our fault, and now our service is much improved and such mistakes are not made. Thank you for your understanding!

We apologize for the bad experience with our product. Our recommendation is to wear the Sleepobrace for 2-3 hours during daily activities, just so that the jaw and teeth get used to it and its position, and then there would be no problems. We also offer a 3-month money-back guarantee if you don't see results within this period or it doesn't fit. Thanks for the feedback and we are always working on improving our services!
